When I launched our small furniture business, I assumed multiple roles, serving as a designer, furniture craftsman, finisher, and delivery person. In addition, I took on daily responsibilities such as marketing, document management, and client care. The early days were challenging, but I’m immensely grateful for the experiences, as they have shaped me into the person I am today.
